Being under criminal investigation or charged with a crime is a serious and stressful ordeal. With over 10 years of experience, Attorney James F. DiQuattro dedicates his practice to the area of criminal defense representing individuals charged with or under investigation for state and federal crimes. Mr. DiQuattro has handled many cases and has successfully secured acquittals and dismissals in a multitude of cases ranging from DUI to Sexual Assault and First-Degree Murder. Mr. DiQuattro has also secured favorable resolutions in cases that avoided prison or jail time, avoided felony and misdemeanor convictions, and avoided other collateral consequences such as loss of one’s driver’s license or certain registration requirements such as sex offender registration.
